Deepwell is a research tool: you provide a query (and optionally your own documents), and Deepwell searches the web and your documents to produce a structured, cited report. Deepwell requires you to supply your own Anthropic API key — we don't provide AI usage ourselves, and we don't mark up your API costs.
You are responsible for your own Anthropic account, its usage limits, and any charges Anthropic bills you for research run through Deepwell. Deepwell only ever uses your key for requests you initiate, and never for any purpose you haven't asked for.
The Free tier is available at no cost with usage limits described on the pricing page. The Pro tier is a recurring monthly subscription billed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Don't use Deepwell to generate content that violates the law, to scrape or abuse third-party services beyond reasonable use, or to attempt to access another user's account or data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Deepwell's reports are generated by an AI model using web search results and your documents. Cited sources let you verify claims yourself, and you should — like any AI-generated research, reports can contain errors or misread a source. Don't treat a Deepwell report as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
